Job summary

Comagine Health is seeking a versatile Marketing and Communications Strategist to support federal- and state-funded health care contracts and grants, and to handle corporate and internal communications.

This hands-on role combines communications planning, marketing activities, content development and project coordination. The strategist will work independently on smaller projects and collaborate with senior strategists and MarCom leadership on larger initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, advertising, journalism, public relations, health education or a related field.
• At least five years of relevant experience in communications, health care marketing, advertising, journalism, public relations, health education or a related area.
• Experience developing communications or outreach strategies and related content.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, including the ability to make complex information clear and accessible.
• Experience creating content for multiple print and digital channels.
• Strong organization, collaboration, judgment and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop communications and outreach strategies that identify audiences, messages, channels, tactics and calls to action.
• Establish communications infrastructure for new initiatives, including websites, provider portals, branding standards, templates and workflows.
• Write and edit newsletters, website content, educational resources, onboarding materials, one-pagers, brochures, email campaigns, social media posts and other print and digital content.
• Ensure materials follow corporate standards, brand guidelines and design best practices.
• Maintain department workspaces and workflows in SharePoint, Asana and Google Workspace.
• Coordinate multiple assignments, contributors, deadlines and approvals.
