Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, public relations, health education or related field.
• At least five years of relevant experience in communications, health care marketing, advertising, journalism or public relations.
• Experience developing communications or outreach strategies and related content.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, including the ability to make complex information clear and accessible.
• Experience creating content for multiple print and digital channels.
• Strong organization, collaboration, judgment and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop outreach strategies that identify audiences, messages, channels, tactics and calls to action.
• Establish communications infrastructure for new initiatives, including websites, provider portals, branding standards, templates and workflows.
• Write and edit newsletters, website content, educational resources, onboarding materials, one-pagers, brochures, email campaigns, social media posts and other print and digital content.
• Ensure materials follow corporate standards, brand guidelines and design best practices.
• Maintain department workspaces and workflows in SharePoint, Asana and Google Workspace.
• Coordinate multiple assignments, contributors, deadlines and approvals.
