Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Manufacturing Technology Leader to develop and improve the polyiso insulation board manufacturing process in ISO facilities within Amrize. The role emphasizes design and deployment of advanced machinery and processes across North America.

The candidate will lead improvement projects, ensure safety standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Travel up to 50% to plant and vendor sites is expected, with a focus on delivering reliable, high-quality insulation products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• 12+ years of isocyanurate machinery experience
• Experience with capital project execution, installation & commissioning
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Willing to travel up to 50% to plant and vendor sites
• Visits may occur during plant shutdowns

Responsibilities

• Design and implement isocyanurate insulation foam machinery and processes
• Identify and resolve production issues with equipment
• Analyze and improve existing processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste
• Maintain technical documentation and records
• Research and maintain a library of equipment technologies
• Provide technical assistance and training to production personnel
• Participate on teams focused on quality and process improvement
• Visit equipment suppliers to support new equipment construction
• Support value streams across business functions
• Demonstrate commitment to health, safety and environmental policies
• Promote a culture of safety
