Beacon Hill is seeking a Manufacturing Systems Solution Architect to join a pharmaceutical client based in North Chicago, IL. This role is 100% remote and will support CST, with responsibilities spanning enterprise IT and shop-floor OT environments.

The ideal candidate has 9+ years designing and integrating ERP, MES, WMS, PLM, PLCs, SCADA, historians, and IIoT, with the ability to define scalable architectures and data flows across multiple plants or regions.

Qualifications

• 9+ years designing and integrating manufacturing systems across IT/OT environments.
• Experience with ERP, MES, WMS, PLM, PLCs, SCADA, historians, and IIoT.
• Ability to define end-to-end architectures, APIs, data flows, and scalable platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements policies to ensure systems meet business requirements.
• Defines requirements, standards, and tests; may create specs or user guides.
• Familiar with enterprise and integration technologies; supports niche tech sets.
• Leads architecture efforts across multiple plants or regions.
