Job summary

Chemours presents a Manufacturing Rotational Engineer role within the Chemours Leadership LAB. This three-year program rotates you through Manufacturing & Process Technology, Maintenance, Quality, and R&D to accelerate growth with mentorship and cross-functional exposure.

You will gain hands-on experience, work with engineers and operators, and present recommendations to leaders, building a foundation for a future manufacturing leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Internship, co-op, or work experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial setting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• A collaborative, curious mindset and a genuine desire to learn.
• Passion for building a career in manufacturing.
• Willingness to relocate up to two times during the program to designated Chemours locations.

Responsibilities

• Solve real manufacturing challenges using data and engineering know-how.
• Work alongside engineers, operators, and technical experts, and present your recommendations to leaders.
