You will rotate through Manufacturing, Maintenance, Quality, and R&D, tackling real challenges and delivering data-driven recommendations from day one. Learn from mentors and leaders as you grow within Chemours.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Internship, co-op, or work experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial setting
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- A collaborative, curious mindset and a genuine desire to learn
- Passion for building a career in manufacturing
- Willingness to relocate up to two times during the program to designated Chemours locations
Responsibilities
- Solve real manufacturing challenges using data and engineering know-how.
- Work alongside engineers, operators, and technical experts, and present your recommendations to leaders.
- Learn from mentors who challenge and guide your development.
