Milo’s Tea Company in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Financial Analyst, Manufacturing to own product costing, inventory valuation, and site financial results. You will partner with Site Controller to drive performance, set cost standards, and support capital investments and labor strategy.

The role requires 3+ years cost accounting in manufacturing, knowledge of standard costing and variance analysis, and proficiency with Sage, Oracle, and MS Office.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years cost accounting experience in manufacturing.
• Understanding of standard costing, variance analysis and production cost drivers.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own product costing, inventory valuation, and manufacturing financial results.
• Develop cost standards and maintain controls over cost accounting processes.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and capital investment decisions.
• Collaborate with Site Controllers and cross-functional teams to improve performance.
• Lead month-end close activities and maintain accurate cost data.
