Job summary

Milo’s Tea Company Inc is seeking a Financial Analyst, Manufacturing, to own product costing, inventory valuation, and manufacturing financial results for the site. This role partners with site operations and the Site Controller to drive cost management and strategic financial outcomes.

You will set cost standards, lead the month-end close, and develop cost analyses for new products, emphasizing BOM, labor, overhead, and capital investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment; CPG experience preferred; understanding of standard costing, variance analysis, and production cost drivers.
• Must be detail oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills; able to influence strategic decisions and present to functional leaders.

Responsibilities

• Owns product costing, inventory valuation, and manufacturing financial results for the site.
• Sets cost standards and safeguards site controllership; drives operational performance improvement.
• Leads month-end close activities, journal entries, accruals, fixed assets, and capital reporting.
• Maintains BOM setup and cost accuracy; analyzes variances and supports audits and compliance.
• Collaborates with Supply Chain and Manufacturing on cost estimates and new product costing.
