Qualifications

• Master’s degree in public health, epidemiology, statistics, biostatistics, math, economics, quantitative social sciences, or related field plus four years' related experience.
• Experience supervising staff including hiring, training, and performance coaching.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and quantitative skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience with statistical modeling and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff, hire/train, set goals, review quality, and mentor employees.
• Lead team meetings, maintain morale, and ensure policy compliance.
• Design, analyze, and interpret research; supervise data analysis and coding.
• Prepare presentations and manuscripts; present to internal and external partners.
• Develop new computational methods and code (R preferred, Python acceptable).
