Job summary

Kennametal is seeking a Manager of Product Information Management to lead its global PIM function and team. You will shape strategy, governance, quality, and distribution of customer-facing product data across eCommerce, CAD/CAM, and digital channels.

Close collaboration with Engineering, Global Product Management, Sales, and Digital teams will drive superior customer experiences through enriched data and scalable data models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7+ years in product management or data management roles.
• Experience leading global, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong understanding of product data, digital commerce, and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Kennametal's global PIM functions and team, setting strategy and governance.
• Drive data quality, taxonomy, and information structures across channels.
• Collaborate with Engineering, GPM, Sales, and Digital teams to enable digital CX.
• Define backlog items, roadmaps, and release plans for PIM initiatives.
• Audit data quality, measure improvements, and report ROI of PIM programs.
• Represent product data initiatives to customers, distributors, and partners.
