Job summary

Davis Wright Tremaine LLP seeks a Manager of Modern Workplace Engineering in Seattle, with responsibility for end‑to‑end EUC modernization, endpoint security, and cloud‑native strategy.

You will lead a five‑person Endpoint Engineering team, drive Intune and Autopilot adoption, and coordinate with Security, Identity, and IT leadership to ensure a secure, scalable digital workplace for users across platforms.

Qualifications

• 8+ years enterprise endpoint engineering, end‑user computing, or closely related experience in a medium‑to‑large enterprise
• 5+ years technical leadership with endpoint engineering services, roadmaps and budgets
• 3+ years direct people management with 24/7 support
• Experience transitioning to cloud‑native management while maintaining stability and security

Responsibilities

• Oversee endpoint hardware standards, refresh planning, and lifecycle forecasting.
• Lead modernization from legacy management toward Intune, Autopilot, and cloud controls.
• Guide policy, compliance, enrollment, and reporting standards across Windows/macOS/iOS/Android.
• Drive automation and documentation to improve scalability and reduce manual work.
• Manage VM-based and physical endpoints, with VDI like Horizon or Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Partner with Security and Identity teams on zero trust, CA, and device compliance.
