Qualifications

• 10 years of Mainframe Systems Programming experience.
• 5+ years of IT Operations experience with a bachelor’s degree; relevant work experience may replace the degree.
• 3–5 years of management experience in related field.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide thought leadership within assigned tower and Business Unit.
• Provide technical support for SW solutions and direction to Team Leaders.
• Maintain project management documents and quarterly/annual goals aligned to BU and Company.
• Oversee team performance, conduct semi-yearly reviews, and mentor staff.
• Attend client/team meetings and collaborate with other departments to ensure client success.
