This remote USA role spans pre-sale validation, implementation, adoption and growth, partnering with Sales, Professional Services and CS to maximize business value.

You will define health metrics like GRR/NRR, drive retention and expansion, lead Executive Business Reviews, and ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing adoption across dealer accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years leading customer success or digital teams.
• 5+ years in enterprise B2B settings.
• Proven track record in retention, expansion and adoption.
• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Customer Success strategy across the dealer segment.
• Define and track metrics for health, engagement and financial outcomes.
• Partner with Sales, Professional Services and Customer Solutions.
• Lead Executive Business Reviews for major dealerships.
• Drive retention, growth, and adoption across accounts.
