Parexel is seeking a Manager, Production Services to lead the Clinical Trial Supplies & Logistics team in a remote U.S./PA-based capacity, near the Quakertown depot. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on oversight of packaging, labeling, production planning, and batch documentation to ensure GMP-compliant patient-ready materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Logistics, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 6–10+ years in clinical trial supply chain, pharmaceutical production, clinical logistics, or related regulated environment.
• Strong GMP knowledge and clinical supply chain operations.
• Experience with production planning, packaging design, labeling operations, and supply chain execution.
• Ability to identify risks, resolve operational issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop Production Services team members.
• Oversee clinical trial supply production workflows to stay on schedule and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, manage priorities, and escalate complex supply chain challenges.
• Support packaging, labeling, production planning, and batch documentation.
• Ensure GMP, GDP, regulatory compliance, and departmental procedures.
• Drive problem solving and mitigation for project risks and timeline challenges.
• Support supplier compliance, quality metrics, audits, and CAPA activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders for successful project execution.
• Contribute to operational excellence and lean management initiatives.
• Support growth through internal initiatives and client-facing activities.
