Wall Street Oasis invites mentors to join its global Mentorship Program. You’ll provide 1-on-1 coaching to students and professionals targeting management consulting roles, share recruitment insights, and guide case interview preparation.

This remote, flexible opportunity lets you work from anywhere and choose your hours. Our top mentors earn $50K–$100K+ per year, with some qualifying for head mentor status inside WSO Academy to earn additional spikes.

Qualifications

• Experience in management consulting or related roles.
• Familiarity with case interview formats (profitability, market entry, M&A, operations).
• Strong communication and the ability to explain complex problems clearly.
• Mentorship mindset with reliability and constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 coaching for targeted roles in management consulting.
• Share firsthand perspectives on recruitment processes and interview rounds.
• Conduct mock case interviews and give structured feedback on approach.
• Guide candidates in crafting resumes and compelling personal narratives.
