The Unconventional is looking for a Malayalam Linguist to provide language support services including interpretation and translation. This role involves working on various government contracts and requires proficiency in English and Malayalam. Qualifications

• Shall be qualified/certified at ILR level 2+ for Category I or II.
• Ability to adapt in high-pressure environments.
• Experience living and working in harsh environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide interpretation services in various settings.
• Translate written, electronic, audio, and video materials.
• Deliver foreign language instruction in classroom or virtual settings.

Skills

Working proficiency in English (ILR level 2+)

Ability to conduct consecutive translation and interpretation

Experience in providing foreign language instruction

Knowledge of specialized vocabulary in English and the foreign language

Fluency in both English and foreign language
