You will work customer-facing with strong technical expertise across electrical, mechanical, and networking domains. You will guide deployments across multiple sites, mentor technicians, and ensure installations meet safety and quality standards while delivering value in fast-paced

Qualifications

• Technical four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in field service or installation roles.
• Experience with machine vision systems (Cognex, Keyence, Basler, Matrox, Teledyne/FLIR).
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Lead installation, setup, and configuration of systems such as machine vision tunnels, RFID systems, conveyors, and robotics.
• Provide expert guidance on installation best practices, system calibration, and troubleshooting.
• Mentor and train junior technicians and customer teams on system operation and maintenance.
