Job summary

Leidos is seeking a DevOps-aligned ECIS Developer to design, develop, and deliver Power Platform solutions for CMS. You will build apps with Power Apps, automate processes with Power Automate, and visualize data with Power BI, while integrating with the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

You will work in an Agile ITIL environment, communicate with customers and stakeholders, and help ensure secure, scalable cloud-based solutions across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• BS degree and 4+ years relevant experience or a master's degree with less than 2 years of experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or higher security clearance.
• Proficiency in Power Apps (Canvas and Model Driven), Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Basic understanding of Power Pages and Copilot Studio.
• Familiarity with Azure services, including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, C#, and SQL.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and OAuth.
• All candidates supporting the CMS programs must have lived in the United States at least three of the last five years.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver Power Platform solutions to improve user experience across CMS systems.
• Create workflows with Power Automate to automate business processes.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with analysts to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Integrate Power Platform apps with other Microsoft and third-party tools.
