Job summary

Crown Peak Advisors, LLC is seeking an experienced Vice President for its Miami headquarters with the option to work fully remote. The VP will lead all aspects of the M&A process, from strategy and design to day-to-day execution, while mentoring juniors and supporting business development across technology and business services sectors.

The role requires 5+ years in investment banking, strong modeling and communication skills, and FINRA licenses. MBA/JD are a plus; travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of investment banking experience or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA and/or JD a plus.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the M&A process from strategy through execution.
• Oversee marketing materials, pitchbooks and CIMs for client engagements.
• Mentor and develop junior team members and support business development.
