Brisbane Consulting Group in Canada NB is seeking a transaction advisory analyst to work with private equity firms, strategic buyers, and business owners on M&A due diligence engagements. Work from Anywhere (Remote/Office/Hybrid) is supported where eligible.

You will analyze financial statements, support QOE reports, draft executive summaries, and collaborate with senior teammates to deliver timely insights while enjoying a positive and growth-minded culture.

Qualifications

• Analyze financial statements to assess historical earnings and recurring profitability.
• Prepare Quality of Earnings reports with EBITDA adjustments and working capital analysis.
• Identify and explain non-recurring transactions or accounting anomalies.
• Assist in drafting executive-level presentations and summaries.
• Collaborate with senior team members to deliver timely, accurate insights.
• Support clients through buy-side and sell-side transactions.

Responsibilities
