Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze and annotate complex M&A and corporate law scenarios for AI training.
• Conduct legal research on M&A, private equity, and related matters.
• Review and refine datasets for legal accuracy.
• Provide written feedback on legal reasoning and deal docs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to contextualize materials.
• Participate in remote project discussions and QA work.
• Help develop evaluation rubrics and best practices.
