Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 2+ years of experience in the M&A department of a corporate law firm.
• Familiarity with SPAs and APAs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.
• Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, redline contracts and participate in simulated negotiations.
• Evaluate AI responses on M&A and contract scenarios.
• Develop objective criteria for evaluating AI performance.
