Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton in the United States is seeking a defense mission professional with deep GCE expertise to support Marine Corps training and mission rehearsal. You will analyze complex systems, plan sustainment training, and contribute to operational readiness across GCE elements.

You will work with HCI and C4I domains, leverage M&S/LVC-TE capabilities, and coordinate with uniformed, government, and contractor teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Marine Corps GCE units
• 2+ years of experience with Modeling and Simulation (M&S) or Live, Virtual, and Constructive - Training Environment (LVC-TE) capabilities
• Experience supporting training from individual through regimental-level operations
• Experience with Marine Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) systems
• Experience with marine training and education programs, simulations, and training systems
• Knowledge of Marine Corps LVC-TE programs and acquisition
• Ability to interact professionally with uniformed, government service, and contractor personnel at all levels of seniority
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
• Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
• HS diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Research, analyze, assess, plan, and execute sustainment training and mission rehearsal to enhance GCE combat effectiveness
• Identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, systems of systems, policies, processes, simulations, simulators, and training devices for Marine Corps missions
• Help solve complex design, integration, and analytical problems for Marine Corps combat formations
