Job summary

Teddy Baldassarre is seeking a Merchandising Associate to own high-volume, high-touch merchandising tasks. You will manage SKUs, coordinate launches with vendor calendars, and maintain strong vendor relationships to support expansion of brand partners and luxury retail footprint.

You will report to the Director of Merchandising and collaborate with another Associate, gaining exposure to world-class brands and a range of merchandising operations within a luxury ecommerce environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years equivalent merchandising/retail ops experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume tasks
• Proficient in Excel/Sheets and Slack communication

Responsibilities

• Manage SKU setup and maintenance
• Coordinate new product launches with vendor schedules
• Own special order availability requests and confirmations
• Communicate availability status to Sales Advisors
• Monitor vendor sites for assortment changes and new releases
• Audit vendor-to-catalog feeds for accuracy
• Track purchase orders through delivery and flag delays
• Support replenishment orders with Merchandising team
