Getaways with Fran is seeking a Remote Luxury Travel Advisor to design and deliver tailor-made experiences for discerning clients. You will curate itineraries, handle end-to-end planning, and ensure exceptional service from first consult to post-trip follow-up.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Design customized luxury travel itineraries including accommodations, transportation, dining, and exclusive experiences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel suppliers, hotels, and tour operators.
• Provide personalized recommendations based on client preferences, needs, and travel goals.
• Manage all aspects of travel planning from initial consultation through post-trip follow-up.
• Stay current on luxury travel trends, destinations, and industry updates.
• Handle client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of service at all times.
• Maintain accurate client profiles and booking records using internal systems.
