Job summary

Marchay is seeking a modern content strategist to lead a growth-focused content engine for a luxury travel audience. You will blend AI-native tactics, SEO, and analytics to drive discovery, engagement, and new member acquisition while maintaining a refined, exclusive brand voice.

You will own top-of-funnel initiatives, build scalable processes, and collaborate with a small team to move quickly, test ideas, and optimize performance—remote work enabled.

Qualifications

• Hands-on content and growth strategist mindset.
• Fluency with AI tools to scale speed and output.
• Strong understanding of SEO, social, content distribution, analytics, conversion, and digital acquisition.
• Comfort with implementing new tools, workflows, automations, and experiments.
• Entrepreneurial, resourceful, curious, action-biased.
• Excellent editorial judgment and a sense for engaging, valuable content.
• Genuine understanding of luxury travel, luxury brands, and affluent consumers.
• Ability to balance attention with relevance for the right audience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a content-led strategy to drive awareness and qualified member acquisition.
• Use AI to research, create, optimize, repurpose, and distribute content across channels.
• Build and implement modern marketing tools, automations, dashboards, and workflows.
• Develop Marchay’s SEO and digital discovery strategy, including AI-driven search.
• Rapidly test content, channels, landing pages, partnerships, and acquisition ideas; scale with data.
• Turn Marchay’s travel knowledge into compelling, scalable content.
• Help build toward personalized, AI-driven content experiences for prospects and members.
• Maintain a sophisticated, consistent Marchay voice and brand.
