Job summary

Atlas is seeking a Travel Concierge to join the Travel & Lifestyle team. You will handle complex, high-value requests in real time, delivering luxury travel and lifestyle solutions with taste and precision.

Work closely with hotels, partners, and internal teams to ensure flawless bookings, while maintaining Atlas’s premium standards. This role requires night, weekend, and holiday coverage as part of a globally distributed service model.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of luxury travel or high-end lifestyle experience.
• Ability to manage complex itineraries and high-stakes requests with minimal oversight.
• Strong global travel knowledge of top-tier hotels, dining, transportation, and destinations.
• Excellent written communication and a client-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of travel and lifestyle requests, coordinating hotels, flights, dining, and ground transport.
• Deliver high-touch, responsive member support via chat with clear communication and follow-through.
• Navigate internal systems and partner tools to ensure bookings are accurate and executed flawlessly.
• Act as a brand ambassador, reinforcing Atlas premium positioning in interactions.
• Collaborate with hotels, partners, and internal teams for seamless handoffs.
• Contribute to SOPs and internal knowledge bases as we scale.
