You will research destinations, plan tours, prepare quotes, close bookings, and create social media content while supporting clients through the booking process.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training provided.
• Must be 18+.
• Must live and be authorized to work in the US, UK, Mexico, EU, or Australia.

Responsibilities

• Research and recommend vacation destinations
• Plan and arrange tours, packages, activities, and excursions
• Prepare quotes and review details with clients
• Close bookings and process reservations
• Create social media content and marketing flyers
• Participate in marketing activities and promotions
• Attend daily training sessions and webinars
• Complete certification training and earn specializations
• Book domestic and international travel, including hotels, flights, cruises, car rentals, activities, and event tickets
• Create itineraries and invoices
• Follow up with clients and prepare them for travel
