Qualifications

• 3+ years in luxury travel advisory or similar role.
• Proven ability to manage high-net-worth clients.
• Strong organizational and multi-project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and luxury travel platforms.

Responsibilities

• Help create extraordinary travel experiences with Senior Advisors.
• Design highly personalized itineraries around member preferences and travel style.
• Coordinate hotels, private villas, transportation, dining, and experiences through Marchay’s network.
• Build trusted member relationships and provide thoughtful, personalized service.
• Develop deep knowledge of destinations, properties, and experiences.
• Oversee multiple trips and moving pieces with high accuracy and detail.
• Contribute ideas to elevate the member experience as part of a fast-growing team.
