Exemplar Luxury Group seeks a Social Assistant for Saks Fifth Avenue to support online presence, content creation, and follower growth for top Style Consultants. You will be client-focused, proactive, and able to collaborate across teams in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities include tracking social trends, assisting with IG Stories, Reels, and IGTVs, and coordinating engagement with customers and influencers.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in luxury retail or fashion marketing
• Digital marketing & social media experience
• Knowledge of influential fashion publications, websites & blogs
• Knowledge of international designers and contemporary brands in luxury sectors
• Tech savvy and up to date with social media trends and insights
• Strong understanding of brand identity and tone

Responsibilities

• Serve as an expert for social selling and personal branding across storefronts and platforms
• Stay up to date on the latest social media trends and best practices
• Support creation and edits of social content (IG Stories, Reels, IGTVs)
• Apply social media knowledge to integrated marketing concepts and brand strategy
• Engage with customers and influencers and guide responses to comments
