Assurasource, Ltd. is seeking a licensed bilingual therapist (LPC-A) to provide remote mental health services in Texas.

The role focuses on individual, couples, and family therapy via telehealth, with emphasis on compassionate, collaborative care and client-centered approaches. The ideal candidate holds an active LPC-A license in Texas, a Master’s in Social Work, and experience delivering therapy to adults with anxiety, depression, and trauma, along with HIPAA-compliant documentation and crisis

Formación

• Active LPC-A license in the state of practice.
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Experience providing telehealth therapy to adult mental health populations.
• Experience with clinical documentation and risk assessment.
• Knowledge of HIPAA requirements.
• Experience using CBT.
• Crisis intervention experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual therapy sessions for adults managing anxiety, depression, and trauma.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards.
• Deliver telehealth counseling services while building strong therapeutic rapport remotely.

Pay Rate: $40.00/Session : $45.00/Intake

The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services, including individual, couples, and family therapy, to clients experiencing a wide range of emotional, psychological, and behavioral issues. The therapist will work in a supportive environment that emphasizes collaboration, professional development, and a client-centered approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy sessions for adults managing anxiety, depression, and trauma.

Qualifications:

• Valid, active Texas LPC-A license.
• Experience providing individual, couples, and family therapy to diverse populations across a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship struggles, and life transitions.
• Experience conducting intake evaluations and clinical assessments.
• Experience developing personalized treatment plans.
• Experience maintaining clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and clinical documentation requirements.
