Job summary

Clear Mind Psychological Services is seeking a licensed professional counselor (LPC) for a full-time, fully remote role serving clients in or around Arlington, Virginia. The LPC will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and lead individual, couples, and group therapy using CBT and mindfulness techniques.

Qualifications

• Virginia LPC licensure required.
• Master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling or related field.
• Experience delivering individual and group therapy.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement evidence-based treatment plans aligned with client goals.
• Lead individual, couples, and group therapy sessions using CBT and mindfulness strategies.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic client care.
