Job summary

Headway is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor to launch or grow a private practice within our network. You can see clients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home, with the ability to set your own schedule and credential with major networks.

We provide marketing support, automation for billing, and practice management software to help you focus on care. You’ll join a mission-driven team moving toward affordable access to care and insurance acceptance across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master’s level LPC license and be eligible for licensure in your state.
• NPI number and malpractice insurance required to practice.
• Comfort with remote/telehealth or in-person counseling as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling to clients via telehealth or in person.
• Credential with major networks and manage insurance interactions for clients.
• Help grow your caseload with marketing support and best practices.
