Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Lost Time Adjuster to join its Workers’ Compensation Claims Department. You will review Lost Time claims and determine actions for resolution while maintaining thorough documentation and timely payments.

The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and organization, with multi-state licensing and ongoing education credits. A remote, Full-time position with potential on-site collaboration is offered.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills across multiple channels.
• Experience interpreting workers’ compensation statutes and claims.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; multi-state licensure education credits encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Manage desk- and caseload of Lost Time workers’ compensation claims.
• Investigate coverage, liability, and exposure; maintain reserves.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants and attorneys; coordinate medical issues.
• Ensure timely, accurate payments and thorough documentation.
