Qualifications

• Two to three years of underwriting or loss mitigation experience.
• Experience following Treasury, Company and Investor guidelines.
• Ability to determine workout eligibility and document conditions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough loan analyses for quality and guideline compliance.
• Conduct Verification of Income (VOI).
• Calculate front- and back-end debt-to-income ratios.
• Verify occupancy, hardship, and income details.
• Apply payment waterfall to determine workout eligibility (restructures, forbearances, modifications).
• Identify liquid assets held by borrower when applicable.
• Communicate required conditions to properly document the file.
• Complete system tasks to maintain compliance with guidelines.
• Document final decision and update records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
