Job summary

Comagine Health is seeking a Consultant to support our Health System Improvement team, focused on Long Term Care Facilities. In this role, you will provide consulting services across clinical, operational, public health, and quality improvement domains.

This is an on-call position with on-site and virtual support. As a subject matter expert, you will lead projects, engage stakeholders, and deliver solutions that strengthen health systems, particularly in long-term care and skilled nursing

Qualifications

• Experience in health care consulting, quality improvement, public health, or health system transformation.
• Familiarity with long-term care facility regulatory requirements.
• Experience supporting long-term care facilities in quality improvement.
• Ability to lead projects and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience delivering training or educational content.
