Comagine Health seeks a Consultant to support our Health System Improvement team, with a focus on Long Term Care Facilities. This on-call role provides expert guidance across clinical, operational, public health, and quality improvement domains to clients nationwide.

The position emphasizes leading projects, engaging stakeholders, and delivering impactful solutions that strengthen health systems in long-term care and skilled nursing environments, with combined on-site and virtual support.

Qualifications

Experience in health care consulting, quality improvement, public health, or health system transformation.
Strong familiarity with Long-term care facility regulatory requirements.
BSN required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and deliver consulting services across long-term care facilities.
Facilitate meetings, strategy sessions, and learning collaboratives.
Design and implement health system improvement initiatives focused on quality and regulatory performance in long term care facilities.
Develop and deliver training curricula and large-scale improvement efforts.
Lead project planning, execution, and reporting to clients.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with internal teams and clients.
Travel 25-50% of work.
