YO AI Labs is seeking a Logistics & Supply Chain Management Expert on a contract basis to review and improve logistics documents, workflows, and related data in a remote setup.

The role requires 3+ years of hands-on logistics experience, strong English communication, and a Master’s degree in a related field. You will develop best-practice documentation, provide detailed feedback, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in logistics and supply chain management.
• Experience with packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Attention to detail and a focus on process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and provide input on logistics documents for authenticity, accuracy, and compliance.
• Develop and annotate sample documentation to highlight best practices in logistics and supply chain management.
• Evaluate and suggest improvements in current supply chain workflows.
• Deliver detailed feedback on logistics scenarios, focusing on document structures and optimization.
• Collaborate with project teams to clarify requirements and explain complex logistics concepts.
• Participate in quality assurance by validating the relevance and correctness of supply chain data sets.
• Contribute to the creation of training materials reflecting industry standards.
