Qualifications

3+ years’ hands-on experience in logistics and supply chain management, especially with packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers.
Comprehensive understanding of logistics workflows, documentation, and global supply chain operations.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts with clarity in English.
Meticulous attention to detail when reviewing and creating supply chain documentation.
Proven analytical skills and experience identifying process improvements in a logistics context.
Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
Comfort working independently in a remote, collaborative environment and delivering timely, high‑quality contributions.

Responsibilities

Review and analyze packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers for authenticity, accuracy, and compliance.
Develop and annotate sample logistics documentation to highlight best practices.
Evaluate current supply chain workflows and suggest improvements.
Deliver detailed feedback on logistics scenarios, focusing on documents and processes.
Collaborate with teams to clarify requirements and explain complex logistics concepts clearly.
Participate in QA by validating relevance and correctness of supply chain data sets.
Contribute to creating training materials reflecting industry standards.
