Job summary

LMI is seeking a Logistics Data Analyst to support DHS FEMA CBRN Operations (Securing the Cities) with data analytics and program management tasks. The role requires an active Secret clearance and ability to obtain DHS suitability, with offsite/remote support from the US.

The candidate will develop and optimize Excel-based reports, validate data for federal reporting, and provide analytical products to federal and contractor personnel while contributing to process improvements and workflow

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent.
• 3–10 years of relevant experience.
• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Ability to obtain DHS Suitability.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience as a government consultant is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Excel with advanced formulas and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Support radiological and nuclear detection program initiatives and planning.
• Create, maintain, and optimize Excel workbooks for operations and reporting.
• Validate, clean, and standardize data to ensure compliance.
• Deliver analytical products to federal and contractor personnel.
• Conduct organizational studies and design improved procedures.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and dashboards.
• Maintain data process documentation and standards.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Assist in program management and Grants execution.
• Travel as required.
