Job summary

EJ is hiring a Logistics Coordinator to manage daily inbound and outbound product movement, ensuring on-time delivery and exceptional customer service across the supply chain.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years in logistics, with familiarity to transportation management systems and ELDs. Remote position with a focus on safety, teamwork, and continuous process improvement at EJ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university and one to two years of logistics-related experience and/or training.
• Knowledge of transportation management system, electronic logging device, and international shipping helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates daily product movement of inbound and outbound loads using logistics technology.
• Responsible for exceptional customer service throughout the supply chain to meet planned delivery schedule.
• Finds effective and economical solutions to meet logistics needs throughout the company.
• Promotes safety awareness and company core values within the team.
• Analyzes contractual commitments and data to plan and develop a successful logistics program.
• Develops and initiates preparation of handbooks and workflow processes for logistics support.
• Performs data analysis for projects critical to logistics functions.
• Utilizes company systems to analyze and optimize logistics operations.
