The IQVIA sponsor-dedicated Clinical FSP department is seeking a Local Clinical Study Manager for full-time, home-based work in Belgium, Denmark, Netherlands or Sweden.

You will oversee operational and scientific aspects of assigned trials, lead cross-functional teams, manage monitoring activities, ensure regulatory compliance and timely study delivery, and support site activation and vendor coordination.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• At least 5 years of clinical research experience with 2 years in project management.
• Ideally oncology/hematology exposure and knowledge of ICH-GCP.

Responsabilidades

• Provides overall clinical study leadership for trial delivery and outcomes.
• Leads cross-functional clinical teams; sets priorities and ensures communication.
• Plans and oversees daily monitoring activities and study progress.
• Manages vendors and budgets where applicable.
• Drives site activation and startup activities with regulatory teams.
• Monitors quality, compliance, and risk mitigation plans.
• Reviews monitoring reports and ensures timely follow-up on findings.
• Develops training for study teams and CRAs.
• Analyzes study metrics to improve execution across regions.
• Ensures regulatory submissions, approvals, and inspections readiness.
