Job summary

WesBanco Bank, Inc. is seeking a Loan Quality Manager for Operations Shared Services to lead the loan quality review program across commercial and consumer portfolios.

This remote role focuses on designing QA processes, ensuring data integrity, and driving efficiency through automation. The ideal candidate has five-plus years in banking operations with supervisory experience, a bachelor's degree preferred, and a proven ability to manage a team and collaborate with stakeholders to meet regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Minimum of five years banking experience, preferably in operations.
• Minimum of two years supervisory or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loan quality reviews for commercial and consumer loans.
• Develop and implement QA processes to ensure data integrity.
• Drive efficiency through automation and stakeholder collaboration.
• Lead and develop the Loan Quality team.
• Monitor KPIs and report to leadership.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and remediation of findings.
