Job summary

My Serenity Place is a growing virtual behavioral health group practice seeking LMSWs to build and grow their caseload.

This 100% remote, fee-for-service opportunity provides infrastructure, supervision, and referral opportunities while you maintain independence and ongoing professional development.

You will conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based psychotherapy via CBT and trauma-informed approaches.

Qualifications

• Active New York State LMSW license in good standing.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Active CAQH ProView profile with current attestation.
• Current professional liability/malpractice insurance.
• Ability to meet insurance credentialing and payer enrollment requirements.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment-planning skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Professionalism, dependability, and accountability.
• Ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
• Motivation and initiative to build and maintain caseload.
• Willingness to participate in supervision and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and clinical evaluations.
• Develop individualized, measurable treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy using CBT, psychodynamic, behavioral, trauma-informed approaches.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.
• Monitor client progress and modify interventions as needed.
• Maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and ethics.
• Participate in supervision, consultation, and clinical development.
• Develop and maintain a consistent clinical schedule.
• Respond promptly to prospective client referrals.
• Build professional referral relationships within clinical areas of interest.
• Engage in outreach and practice visibility activities.
• Identify ethical opportunities to expand caseload and respond to openings.
