Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington. We are seeking LMHCs, LICSWs, or LMFTs to join as 1099 contractors delivering telehealth sessions to individuals, couples, and families. You control your schedule with complete autonomy and no minimum caseloads.

Rula handles insurance, billing, claims, EHR, and admin tasks, while you focus on delivering care and notes. Compensation is $80 per 53‑minute session, paid biweekly with payment protection for no-shows and late

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMHC, LICSW or LMFT.
• Valid NPI number.
• Must be licensed in Washington.
• Telehealth capability required.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate treatment notes and EHR entries.
• Coordinate with billing/claims and admin teams.
• Engage in credentialing and client referrals support.
