Job summary

Rula, a behavioral health solution, is expanding its provider network in Washington. We seek LMHCs, LICSWs, or LMFTs to deliver high-quality telehealth sessions as 1099 contractors, with session autonomy and no minimum caseload.

You will set your schedule, earn $80 per hour (53-minute sessions), and receive payment every two weeks. Rula handles insurance, billing, and EHR support while you focus on client care and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT.
• Valid NPI number.
• Licensed to practice in Washington.
• Able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth psychotherapy sessions.
• Maintain session notes and documentation.
• Collaborate with Rula administrative team as needed.
