Job summary

Rula Health is expanding its network of licensed clinicians across the United States. Therapists join as 1099 contractors with no minimum caseload and complete schedule autonomy.

Compensation includes $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) for LMHCs, with guaranteed payment every two weeks via direct deposit and payment protection for no-shows or late cancellations.Credentialing is fast-tracked, and you control your availability, while we handle billing and admin support.

Qualifications

• Must hold LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC license as applicable.
• Valid NPI
• Licensed in Washington state
• Ability to provide telehealth

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth behavioral health services to clients in Washington.
• Maintain schedule autonomy and calendar with sessions.
• Collaborate with Rula team for referrals and admin tasks.
