Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington and seeks LMHCs to join as 1099 contractors delivering telehealth sessions. Therapists set their own schedules and have full autonomy over client load, while Rula handles billing, EHR, and insurance enrollment.

Compensation includes $80 per hourly session (53 minutes), guaranteed biweekly direct deposit, and protection for no-shows, late cancellations, and denied claims. Remote work is supported with WA in-state opportunities.
