Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington. LMHCs in the network are 1099 contractors with autonomy over schedule and no minimum caseloads.

Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with guaranteed pay every two weeks, plus protection for no-shows, late cancellations and denied claims. Remote telehealth is supported, and Rula provides admin: billing, claims, and EHR support.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• NPI must be valid.
• Must be licensed in Washington and able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health services via telehealth to clients in Washington.
• Complete sessions and notes; billing, claims, and EHR handled by Rula.
• Maintain professional credentialing and comply with network requirements.
