Job summary

Rula Health is expanding its network of licensed behavioral health providers in Washington. Participation is as a 1099 contractor with full scheduling autonomy and no minimum caseloads, focusing on delivering high-quality telehealth care to clients.

Compensation is $80 per 53-minute session, with guaranteed payment every two weeks and billing/claims handled by Rula. Providers manage sessions and notes while Rula handles insurance, admin tasks, and support.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC and hold a valid NPI.
• Must be licensed in Washington state and able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health telehealth services to clients.
• Maintain accurate session notes and appropriate documentation.
• Collaborate with Rula's admin team for insurance and claims processing.
